It’s great that you have decided to accomplish this workbook. The workbook is meant to be self-explaining, so just let yourself go. And keep this paradox in mind: Doing the workbook seriously is just more fun. So, please don’t make it too easy for yourself. If you get support from your supervisor, make sure to be grateful.  You will learn to share your naughty thoughts and get into your slutty head space. Also, help your supervisor to get in the right mindset by being submissive and ambitious fuck.
